Cheryl Pearson started her career as an educator in 1988. Since then she has given hundreds of seminars, workshops, and symposiums on educational leadership and management, cross-culture communication, and interfaith dialogue in the United States, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. In August of 2000, Ms. Pearson helped to launch the Harmony Science Academy School System. The faculty and staff of HSA have earned national and international recognition for its commitment to bringing out the very best in every student. Currently, Ms. Pearson is an ESL instructor at the University of Houston and serves on several leadership boards.

Melissa is CEO of Flying Geese Productions and specializes in Educational Entertainment to adult and children of all ages, promoting literacy throughout America via theatrical presentations and workshops. Enjoy a special performance by Melissa as the infamous Harriet Tubman, an African-American abolitionist, humanitarian, and Union spy during the U.S. Civil War. After escaping from captivity, she made thirteen missions to rescue over seventy slaves using the network of antislavery activists and safe houses known as the Underground Railroad. She later helped John Brown recruit men for his raid on Harpers Ferry, and in the post-war era struggled for women's suffrag
